This Privacy Policy explains how Tbilisi Rent (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data through tbilisi-rent.ge, our Telegram mini app, and related communication channels.

Service Scope
Tbilisi Rent helps users browse, rent, buy, sell, or list real estate in Tbilisi, Georgia. Public users cannot create accounts or upload listings. Property listings and content are added only by our team.
Data We Process
Website
On the website, we use local storage to keep:
- language preference;
- favorite property listings selected by the user.
This information is stored locally on the user’s device and is not used by us to identify the user.
Seller/Landlord Form
If a user wants to rent out or sell a property, the user may submit:
- name;
- phone number.
We use this information only to contact the user about the submitted request. We do not intentionally store this information in our own database after the request is handled, unless further communication is necessary.
Telegram Mini App
When a user opens or uses our Telegram mini app, we may process:
- Telegram ID;
- Telegram username, if available;
- Telegram first name;
- Telegram profile photo, if available.
We use this data to operate the mini app, identify the Telegram user inside the service, and provide a consistent user experience.
Communications
Users who want to rent or buy a property may contact us through Telegram or JivoChat. These services may process communication metadata and message content according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Analytics, Chat, Infrastructure, and Error Monitoring
We use third-party services that may process technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, cookies, identifiers, pages viewed, events, and error logs:
- Yandex Metrika, for website statistics;
- JivoChat, for live chat communication;
- Cloudflare/CDN services, for security, routing, and performance;
- Sentry, for error monitoring;
- UpCloud, for hosting infrastructure in Germany;
- Telegram, for the Telegram mini app and Telegram communication.
We do not intentionally collect IP addresses directly for our own user profiles, but these service providers may process IP addresses and similar technical data as part of their normal operation.
Purposes of Processing
We process data to:
- operate the website and Telegram mini app;
- remember language and favorite listing preferences;
- allow users to contact a manager about properties;
- respond to requests from people who want to sell or rent out property;
- analyze website usage and improve the service;

Users can manage cookies and local storage through their browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality, analytics, chat, or security features.
Data Retention
Website local storage remains on the user’s device until the user clears it or the browser removes it.
Telegram mini app data is stored until the user requests deletion, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons.
Seller/landlord form data is used to contact the user about the request and is not intentionally stored in our own database after the request is handled.
Messages and chat records may be retained by Telegram, JivoChat, or other communication providers according to their own retention rules.
Sharing of Data
We may share or make data available to:
- our team members who need access to respond to users or manage listings;
- hosting, CDN, analytics, chat, error monitoring, and infrastructure providers;
- Telegram, when the user uses Telegram or the Telegram mini app;
